Adtech FRP has ISO 9001:2000 accreditation for the Supply of Pipes and Structures, Project Management/Installation and Associated Civil work.

We supply:
·	Fibreglass reinforced epoxy pipes, ranging in size from 38mm to 1200mm, for high pressure, corrosion-resistant service for applications from pipelines, bore casing and rising mains, to slurry service and high pressure oil and gas service.
·	Fibreglass reinforced epoxy ball and butterfly valves, ranging in size from 25mm to 200mm, for a wide of variety applications from industrial pipelines, to fire water and oil and gas service.
Advantages gained from using Fibreglass Reinforced Plastics include:
·	Corrosion resistance to internal and external environments, pH range 1.5 - 12;
·	No maintenance costs from cathodic protection, chemicals, injection equipment, or corrosion monitoring infrastructure.
·	Cost savings in capital expenditure and installation
·	Excellent strength to weight ratios - 25% of the weight of an equivalent product in steel.
·	Pressure capabilities to 24 MPa in smaller pipes
·	Temperature range capability to 100oC for standard product. Higher temperature product available for specific applications.
·	Light weight, reducing the need for lifting equipment
·	Only small installation teams necessary
ADTECH FRP has installed and/or supplied Ameron Centron®/Bondstrand® GRE pipe/tubing/casing/ well screen to clients such as:
·	ChevronTexaco on Barrow Island, Western Australia, for 3 phase oil and gas flow lines, produced water gathering systems and re-injection wells totalling over 200,000m
·	Santos at Moomba for oil flowlines
·	Thevenard Island for 10,300 kPa gas flow lines
·	Western Power Muja Power Station, WA, using ceramic-lined GRE pipe for fly ash slurry disposal and 99oC brine service
·	Conoco, Queensland, for methane gas flow lines
·	Olympic Dam, South Australia, for rising mains - 200mm pipe at 8600kPa operating pressure, water droppers and observation bores.
·	Papua New Guinea for geothermal dewatering service at up to 120 degrees Celsius.
·	Barwon Water Supply, Victoria, for refurbishment of large water bore casing.
·	Water and Rivers Commission WA for Carnarvon Artesian Basin Refurbishment.
·	Water Corporation WA for artesian bore casing for Perth water supply.

ADTECH FRP has developed and patented the Adtech Installer for the installation of Centron® GRE pipe. The higher productivity rates, achievable under the harshest working conditions, result in a shorter installation time and a lower costs for the client.
